The stay at the hotel was great. The room was very clean, and the hotel is in an excellent location. The staff, especially Jeremy and Jenny at the reception, were very friendly and super helpful. The staff member at the pool was also very kind and super helpful. Thanks for the great time.

Good location which is near to the beach and night market. Receptionists are very kind and helpful which they have recommended some local restaurants or shops for us. Nice trip and expensive in Nha Trang.

최근 지어진 호텔답게 상당히 깔끔합니다. 벌레, 베드버그는 호텔 내에서 보지 못했고 전반적으로 시설도 꽤 고급스럽습니다. 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 서비스도 매우 만족스러웠는데 특히 체크아웃 시 짐 보관, 깜란 쪽 리조트로 이동하기 위한 호텔 차량 이용에 도움을 준 Sunny 직원과 그 외 직원 크루가 굉장히 친절하게 응대해주었습니다. 전체적으로 만족스러우나 방음은 잘 되지 않고, 주요 음식점, 환전소, 롯데마트 등이 있는 중심지와는 거리가 멀다는 점 참고하셔서 호텔 선정하시면 될 것 같습니다. 추가로, 호텔 뒷편에 위치한 Spa Lux가 호텔과 제휴되어있어서 예약 후 이용하시면 할인 적용되고, 나트랑 해변쪽에 있는 유명한 비치 펍들과 가까우니 참고하세요

다운타운에 접근하기 쉽고, 조용한 편이며, 시설이 깨끗하고 잘 정비되어 있음. 직원들도 친절하며 최선을 다하는 것이 느껴짐. 아침식사도 좋았으며, 옥상의 수영장도 작았지만 경치가 좋았음. 바다가 보이지 않았지만 산과 도시의 풍경도 좋았음

첫날 샤워부스에서 물이 넘쳐 욕실 넘어 방까지 들어왔습니다. 둘째날부터 엄청 신경쓰며 샤워했어요...그밖에는 깨끗하고 쾌적 합니다. 수영장도 넓지는 않지만 놀만했습니다. 조식은 사람 많아서 계란코너는 줄을 많이서야하고 과일요거트는 빨리 떨어져서 먹기 힘듭니다. 빈 음식 채워놓는게 느립니다. 사람 없는 시간대로 잘 맞춰가세요.

Hotel stay was amazing, the only negative comment is that you couldn’t run AC when going out of the room and while in the room it was blowing directly onto the bed. Got sick because of it.

Like the services of the staffs, especially Sunny, the cleanliness of the hotel, the services of the chamber maids, the varieties and healthy breakfast foods, the convenience walking to the beach, about 5 minutes, and more that I can think of. Staying at December hotel for 9 nights. Fully recommended for others to stay.

We highly recommend December Hotel. We’ve stayed here for the last 3 days and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. From the moment we arrived at 5.30am following a very long night on an overnight bus, they greeted us with warm friendly faces and helped us with early check in - which we massively appreciated. We would mention Sunny in particular - he was super helpful, really kind (especially with my little boy) and very informative - he helped us book an amazing day out at VinWonders (my 9 year old son loved this) and also helped us book onward flights to HCMC. The hotel itself was perfect, really clean, fresh and modern, and the roof top pool was amazing. The breakfast had great variety and there was a good choice for everyone - our only suggestion would be to have English breakfast tea available (or tea bags with hot water to make yourself). We would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you to all at the December Hotel!

Had the most amazing stay at December Hotel. The staff provided great service and we especially appreciated Sunny, who made our stay just that much more special. He was so helpful with restaurants and places to go. He even helped us with flexible check in/out times and organised our lift to the airport. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Nha Trang.

Sunny and reception were excellent and so kind to deal with. We arrived earlier for check in and Sunny got our room ready so we could check in earlier. Rooms were super clean and tidy. Cant ask for a better hotel!

My room is clean. However, when the flushing system is not in order, the flushing water overflew. A cleaner is requested to tidy the bathroom. He cleaned the dirty floor with a cloth first and then wiped the relative clean place with the same cloth. Finally, he washed the dirty cloth inside the basin of the guest bathroom. I think his procedure is absolutely wrong. The worst part is he should clean the dirty cloth out of my bathroom!

깨끗하고 편안한 호텔이였습니다. 가짓수만 많고 먹을게 없는 조식들 보다 손이가는 것들로만 구성되어있어 간단히 먹기 좋았고 날씨가 더워서 주로 택시를 탔고, 어린이가 없어서 걸어다니기에 위치도 괜찮았네요. 나트랑 에 다시온다면 재방문하겠습니다 :)

컨디션 좋은 나트랑 호텔
신축 호텔이라 컨디션이 좋아요. 직원들 역시 친절합니다. 시내까지 걸어서 10~15분 정도 걸립니다. 시내까지 거리가 애매하긴 하지만, 추천하는 호텔 입니다. 얼리체크인, 공항 픽업도 가능 합니다. 다시 나트랑을 가게 되면 재방문 의사 있습니다.
