With 46 m² in the main house and a 15 m² annex, it's ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend time together while still enjoying a little privacy. Here, you're close to the sandy beach, the fresh sea breeze and the relaxed summer atmosphere of Balka.



    The property offers three bedrooms with sleeping space for up to eight guests. The Pallet-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings, while the heat pump and internet ensure year-round comfort. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.



    The large wooden terrace connects the house and annex, creating several inviting spots for meals, relaxing or simply enjoying the sunshine. It is sure to become everyone's favourite place during the holiday. Around the house there's plenty of room for children to play, family activities and long summer evenings. An EV charger is available for your electric car.



    Several covered outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy life outside from your morning coffee until late in the evening. There's space for barbecues, relaxing in the sun and spending quality time with family and friends.
