    Enjoy a vacation in Newport at this sunny home with ocean views and a private hot tub that up to eight guests will love!



    Located at the north end of Nye Beach, you'll appreciate quiet surroundings with the beach nearby and a wide variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance.



    The house has a bright and airy atmosphere - in the main living area is an assortment of comfortable furniture, a wood fireplace, board game collection, and flatscreen TV with a DVD player (WiFi included). Large picture windows offer spectacular ocean views, which you'll enjoy even more from the patio furniture on the sunny, wrap-around deck.



    A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals, including a blender, mixer, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Six will fit around the dining table for a pleasant dinner together.



    Downstairs, a den features a flatscreen TV and furniture - a perfect place for the kids to play while the adults spend time upstairs (please only use the upstairs fireplace, as the downstairs one is for decoration only). Step outside to the garden and enjoy a tranquil soak in the hot tub, regardless of the weather.



    With three bedrooms and two full baths, this home is suitable for up to eight guests (six adults maximum). Two bedrooms downstairs each offer a queen bed with a shared full bath between them. In the den is a sofabed, and there's a private washer/dryer as well. The master bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed and a full private bath.



    This house is ideal for a family or group of friends - head to the beach to play around in the surf and the sand, then walk down to the shops and cafes of Nye Beach, where you might grab a coffee and peruse the ocean-inspired art galleries. A short drive south is the Oregon Coast Aquarium - great fun for the kids and a sure way to tire them out to ensure your evening is a peaceful one.

A nice vacation home suitable for a family

We enjoyed a two-night stay in this house with a nice ocean view and a spacious deck. Clean, well maintained, roomy, with all amenities we needed for our family of 7 (3 grown up kids, two younger ones). Nice, quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes away from the beach.

Ocean breeze crashing waves

We spent a stormy weekend in this beautiful home. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our meals, the fabulous view of the ocean with two couches and two rocking chairs easily fit our family so we could enjoy the crashing surf and view. The bedrooms are very comfortable, a washer and dryer worked well. We plan on returning to this lovely home.

This worked out so well for a family beach weekend. Location is wonderful! Nice view of the ocean. Close to Nye Beach. There is nearby beach access but it's a bit of a climb down through a small path. House had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, beach towels for the hot tub. Unique, lovely home. Beautiful spot

Perfect view, beach access down the road very, nice house, no hot water in the kitchen sink, and we could not watch tv upstairs, hopefully they will get that problem corrected. House older needs a few updated fixes. But we loved all the room and had a lovely family vacation and would definitely go back.

We loved the hot tub! And the view! If you’re looking for an epic view from a large wrap around patio with patio chairs where you can hear the ocean, this is it! An older home, but if you’re fine with that, you’ll love it! Downstairs is ground level but felt and smelled more like a basement but was fine. We spent almost all our time upstairs! Views from kitchen and living room upstairs and patio too! Beach access - about a block away, there’s a trail to the beach.

New Years Eve outing

Nice place for us to spend New Years Eve! Great view! Really the only negatives were kitchen-related. The pots / pans were very well used, and not easy to clean -- especially with no scrubber / scouring pad provided. Basement bathroom was missing a stopper. Were the smoke detectors working? Appeared to be one missing and we weren't sure about working condition of others.

Quiet escape

This home is perfectly located and oriented for ocean views, natural light, and nice strolls on the beach or to the village for some shopping or hanging at the taphouse. The home is well heated in the winter and its location on the hill keeps it below the heavier coastal wind when the weather systems come in. The furnishings are newer and nice. We didn’t make use of the hot tub or the fireplace, but they are available. The neighborhood is quiet (at least in December.) Upstairs living and dining room accommodate 6 nicely. The downstairs den has a pullout that my thirteen year old had no complaints about.

Comfortable stay in Newport

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds! Only thing was there is no cable tv. They could have had at least a antenna. My son brought his ruko or we wouldn't have any tv. After we got home we noticed we had left some very important papers. The contact people we talked to were very helpful and they went out of their way to find them and mailed them back to us! We are so thankful to all who helped to return our paperwork! Thank you

Arrrow Point House

We enjoyed learning about the history of the house and the 3rd generation of family members. The views and location are amazing.. The proximity to restaurants and beaches is a definite plus. My only suggestions are providing better and more paper products, plates, glasses, and silverware. Also, no ice cream scoop, or serving spoons. With 6 people we ran the dishwasher way too often. The dishwasher wheels kept falling off. Both bathroom drains were clogged. Furniture and beds worked well and were comfortable.

Nice location and view but disappointing house

We arrived and were excited about the location and view. Which is amazing. The house however was very dated, smelly and did not reflect the pictures. The hot tub was dirty and we did not feel comfortable using it. The smell in the lower level is unbearable for two of the bedrooms. The house is very dated and the furniture in the main level is dirty. The towels were like cardboard and in poor condition. Would not recommend this house.

The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances in good working order. The view is stunning. There is a path to the beach within a block or so. We paid extra to get a later check-out time because 10 AM was too early to complete the required chores and have a leisurely breakfast. So worth it!
