The cottage offers a convenient location just a short stroll from Nye Beach and shops and restaurants along Coast Street. Waterfront establishments by the Newport Marina are only a mile away and the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is just over a mile from the home. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Newport Discovery Zoo are within a three-mile drive.

When you're not out exploring the coast, enjoy casual downtime at home with private indoor and outdoor areas to help you make the most of your stay. The deck is perfect for summertime lounging while a sofa and a smart TV welcome casual comfort in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy home heating through chilly nights and winter months. We could walk to the beach as well as many different stores and restaurants along newport's main beach. The space was really clean and spacious. We loved the fireplace!!!

Nice upgraded cottage. Nice appliances and well equipped. Cozy and warm. Comfortable bed. Great location for walking around the Nye Beach area. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative is couch is worn and needs to be replaced in my opinion. Other than that no complaints.

Perfect quiet residential location. Walk a few blocks to the Nye Beach district and the beach. Perfect little cottage. Beautifully remodeled and decorated with a cozy gas fireplace, private deck and backyard, well supplied kitchen, washer and dryer. This is a great home away from home. And, we can’t wait to come back!

This beach house is in a great location & perfectly sized for 2 people. Everything is so new & clean! A very warm house, it is nicely furnished. It is on a busy road but we are used to road noise so it didn't bother us.

The cottage is in a great location just 10 minutes walking to Nye Beach and the shops, 5-10 by car to Yakina Bay. This is a very cute place with updated bathroom and nice bedroom with washer and dryer if needed. The place was cozy with a fireplace. It could use a little updating of the furniture in the living room, but otherwise was a very nice.

This was our first time using VRBO. This property was managed by Vacasa. The cottage is super cute, perfect for a single person or a couple. It is walking distance to Nye Beach and is a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get to Hwy 101 as well. It has a little private backyard and a deck. We had one issue with the shower water (all hot, no cold) and the property manager came over very quickly while we were out and fixed it. He was very friendly on the phone. I would stay here again.
