Waterfront establishments by the Newport Marina are only a mile away and the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is just over a mile from the home. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Newport Discovery Zoo are within a three-mile drive.

Cute cottage that had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed our stay here. It's not a far walk to the beach as well as some local eatery places and some shops. I would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect Little Cottage!

Perfect quiet residential location. Walk a few blocks to the Nye Beach district and the beach. Perfect little cottage. Beautifully remodeled and decorated with a cozy gas fireplace, private deck and backyard, well supplied kitchen, washer and dryer. This is a great home away from home. And, we can’t wait to come back!

This beach house is in a great location & perfectly sized for 2 people. Everything is so new & clean! A very warm house, it is nicely furnished. It is on a busy road but we are used to road noise so it didn't bother us.

Nice Getaway

The cottage is in a great location just 10 minutes walking to Nye Beach and the shops, 5-10 by car to Yakina Bay. This is a very cute place with updated bathroom and nice bedroom with washer and dryer if needed. The place was cozy with a fireplace. It could use a little updating of the furniture in the living room, but otherwise was a very nice.

Nice Little Cottage

Nice upgraded cottage. Nice appliances and well equipped. Cozy and warm. Comfortable bed. Great location for walking around the Nye Beach area. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative is couch is worn and needs to be replaced in my opinion. Other than that no complaints.

LOVES: Bed was an amazingly comfy matress Finishes/fixtures are bright, modern, easy to use. Location is close to everything I wanted. Price was great and the one tiny thing I had to contact maintenance about was handled fast and professionally. Not so loved: the couch is very worn and not comfortable. There was only one other chair that also wasn't comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Cute little cottage

This was our first time using VRBO. This property was managed by Vacasa. The cottage is super cute, perfect for a single person or a couple. It is walking distance to Nye Beach and is a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get to Hwy 101 as well. It has a little private backyard and a deck. We had one issue with the shower water (all hot, no cold) and the property manager came over very quickly while we were out and fixed it. He was very friendly on the phone. I would stay here again.
