Although the parking is small this is still one of our favorite places to stay. My son unexpectedly had to come on this trip for two and two of the girls there were so accommodating with him. I was stressed until they reassured us it would be okay and for that I’ll always remember them and recommend this place!

Amanda and Doug are wonderful! She helped us check in, and even helped us upgrade to an ocean view ;) Doug readily came up to the room when we asked how the tv worked, and got it up and running. Very comfortable beds, easy access to the beach, walked to several restaurants. We’ll be back!

I took my granddaughters to Newport for Spring Break, and we loved our stay at the Inn. It was comfortable and well located. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, too, and breakfast was delicious. Parking was kind of iffy, but we were able to work around that. We will definitely return to the Inn next time we're at NYE Beach.

This Inn is exactly what I hoped it would be. I was travelling with my 15 year old son. The entrance is quaint. They had special touches like free cookies. They were kind enough to let us check in an hour early. The rooms are quite nice but the infinity hot tub and outdoor seating area and beach access are incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. Cute downtown. Will stay again for sure. Felt safe. The back parking is a little cramped but it’s private and out of sight from the road.

Hotel stays can be tricky due to other people and thin walls and personal preferences. This really doesn't affect my opinion of this hotel. It was a lovely stay with an excellent in room soaking tub, gorgeous view, cozy fireplace, and stunning heated infinity pool. I came out to do mostly nothing beyond watching the waves and clouds in between book chapters - this hotel was a great spot for that. The bed was too firm for my liking and my neighbors seemed to stomp and turn up their TV more than I prefer, but even without much sleep rest I still felt peaceful and rejuvenated. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Having breakfast brought to my room each morning made me feel fancy.

Inadequate parking on and around the property. Booked a three night stay midweek in a king/ocean view room. Initially placed in a room across from the elevator which was noisy. Staff offered another room for an additional $40/night. Not sure if this was because the booking was through Orbitz. Probably will not return to this property.

Great Newport Hotel

Great stay! The staff are amazingly nice and helpful and the grounds and hotel are great! Our room this time and last the couches were stained and pretty uncomfortable. Other than that the bath is sparkling clean, beds are comfy and it’s an amazing location!
