"We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort of personal touch. Fresh cookies/pastries or hot chocolate/coffee. We felt a little like an imposition than a welcome guest. Other than that, the property was unique and fun, the rooms were clean. The grounds were nice and the view beautiful,"

"I loved this place! There's so much stuff that comes with a room! The room itself was good, I got a 1 bedroom unit. It was clean, had dishes and silverware and glasses and a kitchen. Outdoor basketball court, indoor basketball, squash, pickleball, racquet ball, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, game room, mini golf ($3 if you're staying at the resort). You can check out fishing rods! When I'm back in the area I am DEFINITELY staying here!!"

"Stayed two nights. The deck is swimmable and we caught fish from the dock in back. Beware the carp they try to eat the smaller fish as you're reeling them in!"

"We loved our short stay in the beautiful cabin! The hosts were kind and had sweet dogs that liked to say hello. The cabin was in a great location near many beautiful lakes, close to Silverwood, Coeur d'Alene, the farmer's market at Hayden, and many more fun places. The cabin had everything we needed, was very clean, and the kitchen had lots of items that made making food easy. The bed was cozy and we had fun watching a movie from the DVD selections they had. We can't wait to come back sometime in the near future. Thank you for providing a great place!"

"Amazing cabin, close to town, but feels like you’re secluded from the world. Cute place, very modern/rustic feel, very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place, my wife and I will be revisiting again for sure! Owners were very kind and very helpful with any of the questions we had."
Lakefront guest house, dock access. Kayak, peddleboat, and rowboat... fishing.

"My family's trip consisted of 3 different VRBO properties on a multi-week journey. This was the 3rd location and due to some unforeseen circumstances with the 2nd property we reached out to Amelia to see if we could move up our booking date as much as possible. She was more than accommodating and we were able to get to the Bluebird Lakehouse earlier than originally planned. This was a great relief and saved our trip. This is a nice cottage in a small community of them."
