I just want to apologize to Eric on these issues, he and I exchanged several messages about this. For some reason, they initially texted an incorrect number and we were unaware of some of their issues. To be clear for everyone, the shower handle has been fixed and we were having a very difficult time finding a very odd sized part to fix it. Second, the review was the first we had heard of the AC issue from a guest and I am happy to report that this was repaired once discovered. We do try our best to respond to issues as needed, but if the messages doesn't get to us, it is hard to respond. Again, sorry to Eric for the issues.

Many of these maintenance issues have been addressed. I'd just like to let everyone know that we've never advertised a jacuzzi at this property, not once and not ever. There is a picture from the bedroom and you can see a small, I mean small, sliver of a jacuzzi that has long since been removed. We've added verbiage to this picture saying there is no jacuzzi. We also do not advertise the bubble jet bath tub, which does function as a bathtub, but there are some issues preventing its repair and removal...for that we do apologize in advance. In this case some guests just don't read everything, which is unfortunate. I'd ask that potential guest feel free to ask some questions if there are concerns and also take a look at the reviews left by other valued guests.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We do wish that you would have called us about the window as we can usually address most issues within 24 hours. To help others, we don't require anyone to clean-up, just to make sure towels are placed in the laundry room and trash is taken to the garbage bins. Ironically, this is the first time someone has mentioned this to us. We'll certainly look at it going forward.

Thanks for the feedback, we usually do an inventory and check most items in the fall for replacements and changes. With a popular place to stay, things defeintely get used by our guests!
