Thank you for sharing your property with us. We come to Orange County 4-5 times a year to visit our daughter. We enjoy staying at a property instead of hotel. This property by far was our favorite. Walking distance to the bay, cafes, restaurants, grocery store, and beach. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure was wonderful, and kitchen was fabulous. It really felt like home. The neighbors were very friendly as well. A heads up for visitors who don't know the area, parking is very limited. The garage is for a medium sized SUV. A large sized is very tight getting in and out.

Booking was based off upper unit, received bigger lower unit which was nice. Only feedback would be to update listing. Lower unit has front porch which was great. Inside had all you needed. Hot shower with great water pressure. Beds and pillows were so.. comfortable. Thanks for another great stay Linda!waywater pressure.

My friend and i were in the area for a week of golfing. The location is great. We walked to the beach and several really good restaurants in the area. The house is charming and clean. Pay attention to the listing about the size of the garage. It is a small garage, and parking on the street is taking a chance.

We loved the location of the cottage, a short walk to the beach and to a food market. Living space was good/comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked well. We enjoyed the front outdoor area. And having a washer/dryer (in the garage) was very helpful.

The property was beautiful, and my only issue were the ceiling fans. They were covered in a thick, black dust. With my cancer and treatments, I have no immune system, so it’s not really safe for me to breathe that stuff in. It’s a nice place to stay.

The house is clean, well equipped with remodeled kitchen and bath. The space is just right for eating and visiting during the day. The location is close to the beach, close to a grocery store and restaurants are walkable distance. The off street parking in the rear garage is a real plus.

This is our second stay at this wonderful Beach cottage. It's super clean, great water pressure in the shower. Full kitchen with everything you need to make youreals Everything is within walking distance and there are all sorts of chairs, umbrellas, bicycles etc. for beach activities. There is a small garage so you don't have to search for parking on busy beach days. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I will always try to stay here when visiting So Cal. bibicycles, l

The house is clean, charming and well maintained. Close to a store, the beach and great location for jumping off to sight seeing or doing nothing at all. Pack light, there is a washer available.
