"HelpWe had a wonderful stay overall! The location is absolutely fantastic, and the staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful. A major highlight was the beach gear loan-out program—having two chairs, two towels, and an umbrella ready for us was an A+ perk that made our beach days incredibly easy.
I do have two pieces of constructive criticism regarding the room comfort:
The bedding scent: The bleach on the bedding was exceptionally heavy. It was strong enough that we actually had to ditch the pillows and set them aside because the scent was overwhelming.
The mattress: The bed was very stiff, which left me feeling fairly stiff as well. Upgrading the mattresses would make a massive difference in comfort.
Despite the sleep comfort issues, the hospitality and prime location made it a great trip. With a few adjustments to the room, this place would be flawless!"
