This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath seaside sanctuary features original wide-plank floors, stylish décor, large living room, custom kitchen, including large pantry for all your cooking needs. Enjoy modern comforts including central AC, WiFi, and washer/dryer (on second level). After a day at Plum Island Beach (10-minute drive) and other summer hot spots, enjoy a relaxing cookout in the tranquil backyard (gas grill connected to kitchen). Please note: the third bedroom is currently used as an office but can be converted to a queen bedroom, upon request. Enjoy a cozy stay with New England charm in the heart of town!
