"I am handicapped and can not walk distances. I ended changing my room from the 1st floor to ground fllor because of the elevator went between these 2 floors. I stayed in Room 9 and extensively nuse the desk for laptop work. This desk was slanted due to the left side of the desk was attached to a cabinet however thr right side was not attached to the walland was falling. A simple leg or legs would prop up this side of the desk. Otherwise my room was spacious, clean and comfortable, Person at the check-in was very good and accomadating to my needs."

"Overall good experience However there was unresolved issues with exhaust in the bathroom! Shuttle service could be much better , we waited 40 min at airport after calling the hotel! It was mentioned every 30 min! While returning we book the shuttle service for 4 pm, even we came to hotel 20 min earlier, the shuttle took us at 4:30 pm."
