建物が若干古いのと、部屋の狭さは否めません。ただ、グランドセントラル駅そばという立地でこのお値段であれば十分満足です。お部屋は清潔でベッドも快適でした。バスタブがないのとWiFiがロビーでしか接続できないのが残念でした。

周りに百貨店、レストランがありとても便利です。ロビーに紅茶やコーヒーがあり、いつでも部屋に持って帰って飲むことができました。 また利用したいです。

It was very close to time square & ability to walk almost anywhere or just jump on the subway one block away. Breakfast was a bonus & very nice saving us many dollar's for the week.

The staff was OUTSTANDING. The rooms were cozy. Response time on services were fast. The hotel is in walking distance to attractions and shopping. We would visit again (definitely for the friendly staff and amazing service)

We were very happy we were allowed to check in earlier since our room was available. We loved the fresh juice, flavoured water and cookies provided daily. The complimentary breakfasts were very helpful to be able to budget for sightseeing etc. Our rooms were clean and shower pressure was fantastic!! The staff was very helpful and nice. Thank you!

Gracias por tus comentarios. Nos disculpamos mucho por el problema de la calefacción aislada en nuestra área de desayuno, pero desde entonces hemos reparado el problema. Gracias nuevamente por sus comentarios y esperamos verlo nuevamente con nosotros en el futuro.

Positive: Price for that area is competitive Negative: Very small room with no view. Shower Darin was half clogged. Thin walls which also have a door separating my room from next, I could hear them easily.

Disappointing - it is not worth the money
The breakfast room was not heated, it was only about 15 degrees... Sustainability is a foreign word, plastic cutlery and cardboard plates / cups, garbage is not separated. All food is additionally wrapped in plastic foil. The heating / AC heats the room to the desired temperature and then the temperature drops, it is heated up again. Unfortunately, the heating / AC is so loud that you can't sleep at night... So turn off the heating and freeze in winter! Bathroom was only superficially cleaned, light switch, lamp, door and door frame totally dirty. Room without cupboard/fridge and totally outdated as well as hair dryer

Dirty blankets with lipstick on them and also something that looked like a stain of period blood. The bathroom toilet didn't flush. Very small room. You can hear through the wall the other guests.

Ett ok hotell överlag. Det mest positiva är läget. Standarden var under förväntningarna man får av bilderna. Dörren till hotellrummet gick bara att öppna med kraft eftersom den hängde så lågt och drogs emot heltäckningsmattan.

We waited from 7 am till 1pm after having hard flight at the hotel( check in time was at 3pm and they didn’t have early check in option) After feeling extremely tired manager provide us with a room, she was so nice. But hotel is not worth to $545 per night. It’s more like hostel, everything was oldest, faucet was clogged and I felt like at hostel even not at motel. There was only 2 good things: Breakfast and good location to access everywhere.

Very easy to get from Newark airport by train and subway. We walked everywhere easily. Breakfast was wonderful but too cold to eat at tables so brought to our room. The bedroom was smaller than we were used to and there was nothing to place our luggage on to be off the carpet. Bedroom carpet outdated. Wallpaper ripped in several spots. Cracked sink but bathroom updated nicely. Small things like outlet cover broken off, door looked like someone tried to get in, can see the light in hall through door seam, very cheap duvet so we had on high and heating system is crazy noisy in room. Good value for the price. Nice water available as you enter. Staff very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Odalar oldukça eski ve çok küçük. 2 kişi aynı anda zor hareket ediyor. Kahvaltı salonu genel olarak yetersiz. Kahvaltıya erken gidilmezse yer bulmak neredeyse imkansız. Kahvaltı fena değil. Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir noktada. Resepsiyon ve çalışanlar çok iyi.

Staff was excellent
Location was excellent. Hotel itself needs some updating but the staff was exceptional! The breakfast crew was friendly and very focused on cleanliness. Ray at the front desk was wonderful! He guided us to some delicious restaurants nearby and even helped us book a very comfortable ride back to the airport at the end of our stay.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The carpet could use to be cleaned or replaced but it was ok. Jeorge at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The room we had with 2 double beds was smaller than expected. The breakfast in the morning had many choices! It included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit and bagels! We were very happy with our stay. The only thing i would caution about is they tried charging my card early in the day on our arrival day.
