Breakfast was simple but great options! The staff were always on point when food items ran out during breakfast. It was busy most days but there are signs showing when are the best times to go to breakfast to miss the people traffic. Our clean was clean and perfect for our stay! Elevators took some time in the morning but the was expected with the breakfast hussle! Location was perfect with plenty of food options as well as being close the the subway for transporation! Lots of shopping and Times Square is right down the street which was perfect!

Had a wonderful stay, room clean, great breakfast. The only issue was the elevator was not working properly and one elevator was not working. Waiting on repairs. This took a wait to get up and down. Otherwise perfect.

The price quoted was not very transparent. different charges appeared on my charge card. Then the hotel (Holiday Inn at Times Square) charged a different amount than what was quoted. They also said that the additional charges were for the security deposit.
