Love the ease of staying here. Great location to everywhere I needed to go. Great restaurants right next door & close by. Loved having the breakfast included each morning. Would stay here again. My room was so quiet. Slept great. Very nice front desk employees. Helpful & polite.

Location was spot on although there was street noise on the 23rd floor at the weekend. Breakfast was quality and plentiful, bathroom was good and view was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Hyatt Place, we were given an upgrade to a high floor with a view when we noticed our 8th floor room had a couple of stairs on the couch. Hyatt is the best location, only 3 blocks from Time Square and close to subway entrances and Grand Central Terminal. They haldo had a nice breakfast buffet every day. room had a couple of dtains

Even though they advertise having a cocktail lounge, the entire time we were there, there was no bartender available, and no one on staff could provide a cocktail of any kind. They had no knowledge of the area or how to get around in the city. Never found restaurant. Staff said breakfast only even though they have posters advertising their restaurant.

Nice, clean, good area with good placement in the center of the city. Small rooms, but larger than others that we’ve stayed in. We had 5 people and it was a little tight. However, that’s NYC!!! And we hardly spent anytime in the room except to sleep. Beds were comfortable.
