This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is located inside of a no wake zone.
This is an extremely primitive space on the water.
There is no cleaning fee. Self cleaning is mandatory and required for booking.
No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No children allowed.

The space

You must have your own vessel to access the property, the marina will not help you, this is a private rental and there's no one that will give you a ride out or back from this place.
The water is very calm. Is a perfect spot for kayaking.
Starboard side can fit up to a 34 foot boat.
Guest access
Full access to the entire space.
Marina has a full service shop with year round fuel and bathrooms available 24/7.

You will need access to a vessel to get to the place.
Bring your own boat and launch for $5 or kayaks/ canoes are free to launch.
The marina will not help you. You do not check in at the marina. They are not affiliated with third-party rentals and will not assist you in anyway.
Power runs off of a Honda generator that can be accessed/turned on if needed.
It's "bring your own gas "for generator use. 100% gas only. No ethanol gas. seriously: 100% gas only!!!
The marina sells gas and I have an extra gas can you can use during your trip if needed.
