Welcome to your New Orleans home!

Enjoy your stay in a NEWLY constructed, modern and spacious townhome. Located on a quiet street in Mid City, with easy access to all of your Big Easy needs.

The space
This first floor apartment opens up to a classic, but modernly designed living and dining room combo with a fully equipped kitchen. Our home can comfortably accommodate a group of friends or a family with three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home is stocked with everything you'll need during your stay.

Wifi enabled and Smart TVs with various apps available for use.

Centrally located peaceful neighborhood walkable area

This property is a gem, the neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The host was responsive and answered our questions quickly. The house was super clean and well equipped with all details accounted for. We experienced some noise in the mornings from the unit above due to renovation, but it was relatively minor. Would stay again because of how convenient and centrally located the home is. Friendly and welcoming neighbors, too.

Great host, well cared for unit

This was our first trip to New Orleans so we didn’t really know the area. The unit is on a residential street near a big medical center and not far from the Superdome. We were there for an event at the Superdome and probably could have walked, but knowing the event would end after dark and we would have to navigate crossing a highway and unfamiliar roads we opted to rent a car. We had no issues finding street parking. The unit was very clean and well cared for. The host was responsive and helpful with any inquiries. It was a comfortable stay for a long weekend for our family. We would recommend.

Girls Trip

We loved this VRBO. We were actually very surprised to see the place because it looks better than the photos. It was walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants the Ruby Slipper and a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter. Would definitely recommend this place. Only down side is parking. It really wouldn’t work out well if you bring multiple cars.
