We enjoyed our stay here, with myself, my wife, and our 10 year old son. The location was nice, quiet at night, but easy to take the streetcar to the French Quarter, and some street and one off street parking spot. Magazine Street was also nearby, as was a nice little grocery store on Louisiana and St. Charles.
The apartment was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, maybe a little light on plates/glasses, etc., but there isn't room for more than 4 people, so that isn't really a problem.
The only thing to be aware of is that, while the apartment is quite large, the layout is like a hotel suite, with one bed in the common area, next to the kitchen, and the other in a bedroom next to the bathroom. Also, the doorways between areas don't have doors, but just heavy blackout curtains. They work well for blocking the light and some noise, but you won't be watching Game of Thrones in bed after the kids go to sleep.
Overall, a nice place, but probably better for a couple by themselves than a family with kids.
