Property was beautiful and has a peaceful feeling to it, the property manger and everyone were wonderful. It is close to attractions and BurbonStreet. There are great little shops near by, would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is in an amazing location but thats the only positive aspect of this hotel. Dirty rooms, close to zero staff, my room had a deafening beep every 15 seconds and to top it off the tv didn’t work so I couldn’t even block the noise. Like I said the location is to die for but nothing else was worth the money.

Beautiful hotel with lots of history! The staff were great, they really went above and beyond with such genuine southern hospitality. The location is right in The French Quarter, and within walking distance of everything! And, if you are into the paranormal this place is quite active, especially room 208 and the hallway on the main floor!

We didn't get the room pictured on Expedia. Positives: Close to French Quarter and French Market but far enough from the main area so that it was very quiet. Rooms have historic feel including very high ceilings and fireplace. Negatives not enough outlets - had to use a VERY long extension cord from across the room to the bed to charge my phone, and unplug the microwave to plug in my laptop. No one on hand at front desk most of the time.

Leroy is the best!!! He's so fun to talk to and ensures you are having a good time and if you need anything he'll help you out. The building is olc but full of character and it's minutes from all the shops you'll want to che k out. Very very quiet too.

Good hotel in the basicly in the heart of the French quarter. Hotel is historic and staff is very accommodating. Right beside bourbon street if that's on your agenda.

The airconditioning was a huge benefit in the city's heat, the courtjard was also delightful to spend a quiet evening away from the bustling city. Bed was also very comfortable. It would be nice if there was a little bit consistency in the housekeeping.

This room was just not big enough for us. It was tiny, and we couldn't even unpack. The staff were very nice and refuned our money when we decided to find a bigger place. I don't think they had to do that, so we were very greatful and appreciated their understanding.

We arrived to find our door did not lock from the outside, the toilet flushes only occasionally, there was a dead cockroach on the floor and sensitive stains on the sheet, holes in the bathroom walls stuffed with toilet paper. We asked for a different room but were told they were booked so we checked out at 11pm. Despite numerous attempts to email management for a refund, attempts have gone unanswered. The only positive was the one staff member covering both this and another hotel property was very kind.

The property is perfect walking distance to everything in the French Quarter, they have valet but the cheapest way to park is in a lot outside the quarter but they have a space to park to drop off/pick up your luggage which makes it easy. The only problem was we didn't see a ghost!

Leeroy was the absolute best! He was the hotel front desk guy for daytime! He manages both the st Pierre and the Andrew Jackson and does an exceptional job at it. My stay at this hotel was incredible, the rooms were clean the architecture was beautiful and the people were incredibly helpful and kind. I 100% recommend staying at this hotel!

Staff wasn’t always available except through text sent upon booking. Multiple upper rooms were above 80 degrees due to the heat index and AC couldn’t keep up. Had to move rooms, but staff was very accommodating. Very cool place, very clean.

It was a good stay overall, the extra daily charge for parking is a rip off, great location though, the guy at the desk was very helpful, only complaint would have is that it took over 30 minutes for valet to get my car to me.
