Built upon a rock that sets the eastern shoreline of New Milford Bay, it offers the closest connectivity you'll find to Candlewood Lake. Sleep comfortably with A/C minisplits in each bedroom. Drive one mile down the road to experience the Elephant's Trunk Flea Market on Sunday mornings, or play golf at Candlewood Valley Golf Club (Public).

Waterfront: Steps lead to the water where there is a fixed dock with lounge chairs and umbrella, as well as a catwalk to a 12' x 12' floating dock where you can tie up your boat, dive into the water, and climb out with a 5-step ladder. The depth off the dock is at least 6' - 8' deep so you don't have to worry about your propeller.
