「Everything was perfect for our family of three. The location is wonderful, with a shared private beach across the street, and a larger beach and boardwalk an easy half-mile walk away. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed to cook and relax on the beach. Since we flew in, we really appreciated the use of their beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Dawn was thoughtful, kind, and communicative. We hope to return in the future!」

「Clean, spacious property. We were 19 people, half kids and half adults, and the house was ideal. 2 living spaces and a massive dining table that could seat us all comfortably. Only thing we were not expecting is that the pool referenced is at the nearby beach recreation area, and the house comes with entry passes to the beach but there’s an additional fee to use the pool. 」

「Incredibly impressed with our stay! House is well-furnished, and is stocked with everything you could need for a stay with a larger group, including ample bedrooms, bathrooms, linens, towels, utensils, cups, etc. The house is exactly as it appears on the listing, and is even more impressive in person. It’s so refreshing to find a property where many spaces can accommodate 12 people comfortably, and given the rain during our stay, was great to have a house with plenty to occupy ourselves inside....

「House was lovely after a renovation.Beach access is nice as just have to walk across street.Dishwasher broke but Alex came to replace. Process took longer than expected.Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans.Fridge/freezer is counter depth so enough space if not cooking for the week.」
