We stayed in the Bo Peep cottage. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. The breakfast was delicious and we loved hanging with the farm animals, especially their dog Mead. This farm is very close to great shopping and dining at Peddlers Village and New Hope, PA.

Our stay was a dream! My husband and I came to this area for a wedding and sadly we only stayed one night. From the warm welcoming from Jeff to the great whole stay, including room spaciousness and cleanliness, the fantastic personalized breakfast experience, plus the presence of the rescued animals, we would have loved to stay much longer. Hoping to come back. We 100% recommend this B&B.

The cottage was very roomy and cute. The animals in the barn right next door was nice to see. The front porch rocking chairs were really nice and relaxing. The owner was very nice and responsive. Breakfast was delicious.

We were in the Bo Peep cottage. It was clean with plenty of space. We got to feed the goats and miniature horses! The breakfast was delicious, we both had French toast and bacon. We already booked our next stay! It is very peaceful and so close to Peddler’s Village and New Hope.

The farmhouse, though a bit aged, possesses a charming quality. The room provided was absolutely ideal and can comfortably accommodate one to three guests. Its location is conveniently situated just ten minutes from New Hope, PA. The animals on the property were a delightful addition to the experience. A lovely breakfast is also provided. I certainly plan to return to this establishment.

I did love seeing the animals in the back and the breakfast at the inn was outstanding. I wished there were cookies or a small treat upon arrival. I liked that they had some bottled watter and they did have a fridge to use. The bed was comfortable and the area is so close to Peddlers Village and New Hope, PA. I liked the decor of my room and the colors. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet and very tranquil there. The house is so old and wonderful. I just loved my stay and relaxed. So peaceful.

Beautiful property grounds. This is an old historical home if you like that sort of thing. My kids loved feeding and petting the animals on the property. Property owner was communicative and very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. We did not use the fire pit but that would be fun for a group Loved feeding the goats, horses and sheep!

Tina was amazing. She checked on our arrival time, and was waiting for us when we arrived. Freshly baked cookies to offer upon arrival, showed us to our accommodations. She took us on a brief walk around the grounds to show us the animals and the barn. There was a cut pathway though the field behind the barn to take a brief walk and take in the fresh air and still was private. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast made to order the next morning with fresh juice, fruits and coffee and French toast. It was truly an experience that my wife and I will never forget and can't wait to visit again this fall or winter. Peddler's village and New Hope were within minute of the grounds. 10/10
