We stayed in the Bo Peep cottage. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. The breakfast was delicious and we loved hanging with the farm animals, especially their dog Mead. This farm is very close to great shopping and dining at Peddlers Village and New Hope, PA.
A charming, relaxed and welcoming inn. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The grounds are beautiful. I can’t wait to come here again. It feels great to spend time here.

Stayed in a cottage that is spacious. Had refrigerator and TV but could have used a microwave. Grounds are lovely to walk and the place was close to parks, restaurants and places of interest.
Beautiful property grounds. This is an old historical home if you like that sort of thing. My kids loved feeding and petting the animals on the property. Property owner was communicative and very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.
Charming historical farm house with friendly, helpful innkeeper, spacious rooms (we had the top floor "suite") and location convenient to local attractions. Attractive property. Entertaining retired farm animals on site. Be prepared to climb a few stairs! If you are looking for high-end luxe, this is not it. If you are looking for a low-key, relaxing stay, this is perfect!
It was only a one night stay but everything worked out just great, no problems at all. The owner even took my wife out to pet and feed the goats after breakfast
We really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it.
Breakfast was delicious.

Tracy was a consummate host! This old farmhouse was clean and warm , perfect for my families “hallmark christmas trip” - even the rescue animals were excited to celebrate with us! Quality bed - Delicious breakfast!

Did not see a hot tub. We are short people & really could have used a small step stool to get into bed!
Very clean & wonderful breakfast. Jeff, the gentleman
who greeted us, was very charming.
.
The room was cozy and clean. The host was super accommodating and pretty amazing! The bed was so comfortable, and the property was so beautiful! The house was built in 1790, so if you're expecting upscale Marriott it ain't happening. There are sheep, goats, and mini horses (2). It was a wonderful stay. If you'relooking for serenity you've found the spot! Only thing is there is no handicap accessibility. , Up the downstairs is hard on a body, but again the house was built in 1790.
We had the room right next to the barn which was so fun being a city girl. Every morning on our way to breakfast we would feed the sheep and all the other barn animals. You couldn't hear them at night or in the early am which was my original concern upon seeing our proximity to the barn. If you are an animal lover or have kids who love animals this is a really fun property to stay at for the weekend.
We found the place charming . It was clean and easy to check and out . The staff was very friendly helpful and always available. The breakfast was yummy . We got to feed the animals with some fruit they cut up for us .
Jeff the owner and Tracy the Innkeeper were amazing! They are so nice and personable. Eating breakfast by a raging fireplace every morning was awesome. Also walking around the farm, seeing deer, and also feeding the goats, sheep and ponies every day was really fun. Very convenient location too. I’m definitely staying again next year!
