Our entire family enjoyed our stay at Cider Hill. The property is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was responsive and very easy to work with.
We appreciated the games that were provided and we used the house as a home base to tour the area. We would stay again without hesitation.
We stayed here over Thanksgiving break with our two college children. It was a few hours from Boston and a great location in the country overlooking a picturesque valley. The location was great for day trips exploring Vermont. The high quality furniture, rugs, and mattresses made it feel like you were visiting wealthy relatives in the country. The Wolf range in the kitchen was a delight for preparing family meals. We loved the sauna as we got a few snow flurries and loved warming up there. The layout was perfect for families with small or young adult children, as well as two or three couples spending time together. We highly recommend this lovely home.
We 6 senior adventurers had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this gorgeous new farmhouse in New Haven! We immediately felt “at home” and comfortable for our 3-night stay. LOVE the rural, quiet setting and stunning views! The house is spacious and clutter free. There are many interesting hikes, waterfalls, and local villages to explore. Highly recommend!
We had a very peaceful, enjoyable stay at Cider Hill Haven. Lovely spacious home with beautiful views over the rolling hills. The kitchen (and whole house) was very well equipped and we especially liked the open plan aspect. The sauna was a nice addition which we all had to experience! Thank you!
Amazing property- will book again! Was in town for a wedding weekend, house was the perfect location for us to enjoy the festivities but have our own space to relax. Loved the decor and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms were clean and cozy for the 7 of us. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion is to add a full length mirror in one of the rooms, for outfit checks. We were close to Lincoln Peak winery and close to Middlebury- will rent again!
Vhe in late at night did not work. Rainy and dark night..even with GPS we could not find the property. Went and got ahotel room at Basin Harbor at 1 am and found the property the next day in the light. Property needs a light at night to find. Also an alarm system went off one night, could not turn off and firetrucks came.
