"It is a beautiful property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and communicated promptly with me. We enjoyed the firepit with free wood and the beautiful lake. Note that there is only ONE bathroom and the 3rd bedroom is in the basement and is not a room. The wifi was out the entire time we were there but we were told it was not the homeowners fault. Also note that there is a significant security deposit, more than I've experienced before, that I didn't know about...

"Safe neighborhood . Close drive to shops and restaurants and camping and Dillon Lake. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We were there for my sister's wedding. It was clean and ready to go. Plus there weren't a lot of extra cleaning to do to leave either. The beds were comfy ( which is difficult to find in places) . There was a water cooler we used to drink water and much appreciated. "We were well pleased with our stay at this spacious and well furnished home. It was apparent that cleanliness and fresh looks all around are important to this host.
