「The Schoolhouse was very spacious, with ample driveway parking, a large open kitchen and family room, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and updated, roomy bathrooms. While the house is beautiful, it requires more attention and care, as overall cleaning was lacking, the pool heater was not working, the outdoor grills were dirty, and the floors were squeaky. We paid a significant amount for a four-night stay and expected the property to reflect what was described. I planned this trip as a time to...

「Great place to stay close to everything!」

「We had a wonderful moms/dayghters weekend away. The house was perfect for us as 3 moms and daughters - each having our own space and the college girls getting the bunk room to share stories and giggle as much as they desired. It’s a great location for visiting wineries and relaxing after a long semester/fall. 」

「Lovely stay!」

「Beautiful location. Although we were there for one night there was so much to enjoy.」

「Loved it! Communicating with the host with smooth and simple. There was no puzzle or tricks, just clear and straight forward answers. The place had a welcoming environment and is super clean. Love that there was things nearby that you're able to do, rather than having to drive for so long. My dog also loved the place and didn't have trouble settling down. Overall 10/10」

Scraping of the heavy metal kitchen chairs along the ceramic tile floor. Loud music. At one point we thought there was a fight. Police were called twice. Beware that there is nothing they...

「Would rent again!」

「Check in was very easy and convenient. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Host was helpful. Easy to get to. Close to beaches.」

「My friends and I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time throughout our trip. The house was clean and well managed upon arrival, and check in was very smooth. Throughout the reservation process and after the hosts were very responsive and hospitable. While the house is on the smaller side, it fit my group comfortably and we had no complaints, especially with its affordability. The location was very quiet and close to the beach front. My group and I highly recommend considering this location...
