I stay often at this hotel and my main complaint is the lack of blackout curtains. The last three times I was given a room with yellow exterior shutters (which are semi transparent). When they are down, and the provided curtains are on the window, the room is still very bright. The flimsy curtains should be replaced with blackout curtains.
Also, the streaming apps were not working on the TV and in the afternoon there is no tech support available (I called the staff, but they said it could only be fixed the next day).
Other than that, nice hotel with comfortable beds and nicely designed rooms. Very clean.

"Overall, the room was nice and the convenience of the location was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and nice. We had reserved a twin room and were placed in a room with a king bed. I asked to change and was told no other rooms were available. It worked out ok, though."
