The view of our room was spectacular, however the water took a very long time to heat up. We took cold showers.

Property needs renovation rooms feel like dull and older.

Free parking, very convenient to where we want to go, easy access to freeway, elevator close to rooms and hotel entrance, good breakfast restaurants with great service

Very new hotel with potential. Had multiple issues with the door lock and there isn’t much noise dampening between rooms. We could hear thumping from kids jumping around above our room and could clearly hear the conversations from the next door room. Made it hard to sleep. Hope the hotel will make improvements.

Second-hand smoke throughout the hotel. Rooms are dated.
