Sehr gemischtes Resumee

Im Grunde fast schon ein geheim Tipp dank verstecktem Garten; Dachgeschoss Wohnung war modern und gut ausgestattet: nur das Bad/die Dusche war viel zu eng; zwischen Dachschräge, Duschvorhang nur sehr zweckmäßig. Genauso wie die Küche: sehr einfach eingerichtet. Aber: der direkte Wasserzugang mit dem Tretboot und den Schlauchbooten war schon sehr genial; genauso wie der große Garten. Leider fehlte es an vielen Stellen an Pflege und dem Blick für Details. Insgesamt ein schöner Wochenend Urlaub mit viel Potential nach oben. Und die Züge, die nachts fahren haben den Schlaf schon echt gestört. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Kurzurlaub in der Oberpfalz

Die Gegend ist wunderschön, wenn man Natur und Ruhe erleben möchte. Die Wohnung ist von der Größe völlig in Ordnung, auch als Familie mit Kind. Leider sind viele Wochenpendler / Monteure in den benachbarten Wohnungen. Der Fernseher war ohne Funktion, viele Steckdosen und das WLAN ebenfalls ohne Funktion, die Lampen defekt und erreichbar war in der Zeit auch niemand, der Deutsch konnte oder fließend Englisch. Am Ende leider keine gut gepflegte, betreute Immobilie. Für den Preis sollte man woanders gut unterkommen.

Wohnanlage entsprach der Beschreibung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Unsere Hunde hatten freien Auslauf und wir konnten uns im Garten sehr gut erholen! Die Wohnung entsprach den Fotos im Inserat. Sie ist für große Menschen aufgrund der niedrigen Balken eine kleine Herausforderung. Aber das hat unser Urlaubsstimmung nicht getrübt.

Die Wohnung ist für Tierhalter ausgelegt! Dies sollte hier auch erwähnt werden! Ich als Allergikerin hatte schlimme Asthmaanfälle im Bett im Schlafzimmer, scheinbar lagen hier schon einige Tiere im Bett. Wir hatten die Wohnung zu dritt angemietet, haben aber nur zu zweit dort übernachtet, weil eine Person von 1,90 m dort wesentlich zu groß für die Wohnung ist. Weder duschen , toilettennutzung wäre möglich gewesen. Außerdem ist das kleine Bett so hart, dass dort niemand schlafen kann. Wirklich sauber war die Wohnung leider auch nicht, die Armaturen im Bad waren schmutzig und auch der Spiegel war noch voll mit Flecken. Die Hälfte der Lampen in der Wohnung funktionierten nicht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gering, es gab noch nicht mal eine Schere vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und wir hörten bis 2 Uhr nachts die Nachbarn. Der Zug fährt unmittelbar am Haus entlang und ist ebenfalls sehr , sehr laut! Sollte man abends auf den vorgesehen Parkplätzen parken muss man über einen unbeleuchteten Garagenhof gehen unterwegs sind wir erst mal in Tiernäpfe getreten .

Sehr ruhig und perfekt um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Besonders schön ist die Lage am Fluss.

Ruhige Lage direkt am Fluss. Wir haben den Wassertreter benutzt, der Kostenlos zur Verfügung stand. In wunderschöner Umgebung auf dem Wasser umher schippern ist einfach ein Traum.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Ich war mit meiner Freundin und meinem Sohn da zu Gast und muss sagen es hat alles zu 100 % gepasst. Wunderschöne stilvolle eingerichtet Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und herrlichen Ausblick. Toller Kurzturlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaub, in der gemieteten Dachgeschosswohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Parkänliche Außenanlage ist echt schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es gibt einige gute Wirtschaften in denen man gut essen gehen kann. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich gut umsorgt. Alles in allem ein Besuch wert, wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Wohnung, insbesondere für Hundebesitzer, sehr empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung in einer landschaftlich schönen Umgebung. Die Waldnaab und das Waldnaabtal eignen sich besonders gut zum Wandern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für ein Wochenende hat es gut gepasst. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schlafcouch eher nur für Kinder geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Sommerauszeit

Hätten herrlich schön Tage im Garten! Das Angebot mit liegen, Kanu, Tischtennis und co. hat es uns leicht gemacht die Waldnaab zu genießen! Gastgeber waren mega freundlich und haben uns mit einem Wein begrüßt! Alles im allen: die perfekte Sommerauszeit!
