It is good property, didnt like the check in process.

Hotel was nice my only issue was the bed, 2x single duvets for double bed is not comfortable. And the sofa bed was not comfy and it was noisy ever time I moved. Breakfast was poor. Apart from that it was pleasant and staff were nice.

Let me start by saying that WiFi and phone reception in my room was awful and I had to work downstairs. However, I had an excellent meal in their restaurant and it got even better when I used the sauna and steam room. A lovely pool and jacuzzi also which made up for the bad WiFi.

Our stay at the Best Western was truly wonderful! The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. We opted for the breakfast package, and the food was absolutely delicious. And the view—just breathtaking! The only downside was that finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. The entrance is located in the middle of a mall, and getting our luggage there felt like quite a workout. On the bright side, the parking was excellent!

The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for three people — we never felt cramped at all. The beds (including the sofa bed) were cozy, and we all slept really well throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook simple meals, which was both convenient and budget-friendly. The entire room, including the bathroom, was very clean and well-maintained — it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent. The tram station is just a short walk away, making it super easy to reach Basel and explore the area. There are also shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, which made everything even more convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they provided us with all the info we needed for the local transport system. The hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood, so we enjoyed a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at night. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for us. Overall, this place really felt like a home away from home. It's perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for comfort, space, and good value near the Swiss border. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
