Eher schlecht war der Wellness Bereich: die Sauna hat immer mal wieder die Temperatur verloren, die Duschen haben nicht gut funktioniert, eine war nur kalt, die andere nur warm, teilweise sogar zu heiß und es sollte ein Hinweis angebracht werden, dass die Dusche aktiv abgestellt werden muss, es war öfter der Fall, dass sie gelaufen ist, ohne das jemand geduscht hat. Gefehlt hat eine Kopfstütze in der Sauna, eine...

"Hotel and spa absolutely wonderful - not much negative to say. But the staff is very "polish" and cold and unfriendly. This is a 5*-standing hotel and they should train their staff to have that friendliness and service worth of a 5*z"

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"Tiptop hotel(Kette). Es gab in unserem Hotel nen Problem mit der Sauna, dadurch durften wir den SPA Bereich im Nachbar Hotel benutzen. Anstatt 2 Saunen hatten wir 4 und nen grösseren Swimmingpool. Danke too geregelt. "
