"It was a lovely stay- nice and clean. The only (small) downfalls were: 1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help.
