"We were very disappointed that the af did not properly explain the property The bathrooms and showers were more than 200ft away from our cottage. There was no running water at all in our cottage, as well as not hot running water in the bathrooms only in the shower. The pathways to the cottages were slippery and not at all well lit The hot tub cover was too big for our hot tub and made it very difficult and dangerous to walk by to the bathroom as well as not well lit. "Accommodation was fine. Lovely little pub 5 min walk from property. Only problem was getting the key from reception as they said didn't seem to know we were arriving. They also couldn't find the key after speaking to the owner, eventually gave me the spare key but it was a bit stressful at the time. I must point that this was reception's fault and not the owner of the property."

"The owner of this property must use google translator as most of the messages he sent me made no sense. This then made it difficult to understand the check in process. Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."

"Wir waren über Ostern mit unseren zwei Söhnen und unserem Hund in diesem kleinen Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist ein gemütliches Haus mit einem kleinen "Garten" mit einer hohen Hecke, so dass man Privatsphäre hat. "Mein Freund, ich und unser Hund waren eine Woche in Holland. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet. Es gab ein Smart-TV mit Netflix, Prime usw., viele Gemeinschaftsspiele und eine Stereoanlage. Die Küche war mit Mikrowelle, Herd, Spüle und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Leider fehlte ein Gefrierfach, jedoch waren alle Küchenutensilien (Teller groß, klein, Eierbecher, Messer, Tassen, Schneidebrett, Töpfe und Pfannen uvm. vorhanden. "Nice overall. 3 bedroom and has all amenities. Was here long term for 2 months. Had a very pleasant stay. Would of liked a little more comfortable mattress for long term stay. Perfect for a vacation rental. Area is very nice and not to far from town. Would stay there again if i came back. Lots of owls in the evenings which was very cool. Every day they show up, so it was neat yo see."

"I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and we really enjoyed it. The town is very quiet but it's a short drive to cities like Leeuwarden and Harlingen for activities. There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything.
