We found the staff very freindly spoke english to us. Room was very clean. We stayed two nights room was cleaned both days. We found the staff very helpful.we didnt eat in as we had breakfast /meals out but pizza and breakfast were available at the hotel, plenty of free parking.

Great location. Staff was very helpful when we got there and very accommodating. Only issue was the room smelled like some one had smoked in it although the room was very clean

Very good location to the port. Breakfast buffet was good. All staff members were very helpful.

Once you get there the hotel is quite clean and modern. It is located on the other side of the train station with under and over passes (many stairs, lift not working) to the station - with luggage not nice. there is absolutely nothing (no restaurants , shops, bars nada) on this side of the tracks so must cross over via stairs and by pass to do anything.
