The hosts : Nikos and his father Costas are such kind and lovely persons, we will visit them next year again! Our family and our small dog felt at villa as at home , we were very welcome! "Wonderful home. This was obviously a very high end home at the time it was built. Many modern and luxury amenities that give you the feel that this is luxury. Large living areas. Wonderful pool. Yard must have almost 30 trees!! Host was wonderful and had to wait on us as we were late arriving. This place is worth your consideration. Handy to Olympic Beach and only an hour from Thessaloniki."

Für weniger Geld ist das Haus mit der direkten Lage am Strand sicher eine super Variante. Auch, dass das Grundstück abgezäunt ist, kam uns mit zwei Kindern sehr gelegen. Es gab aber doch einige Mängel: Nur eine von 3 Klimaanlagen funktionierte (wir mussten permanent heizen, weil das Haus so kalt war!), die Bäder sind sehr...

Peaceful , right by beach and walking distance to tavernas ,shops and restaurants of which there were plenty . Special mention to Stephania who promptly attended to any queries and made appointment quickly for our daughter to attend a dentist . We went as a family of 9 and all loved every minute of our stay . "We absolutely LOVED our room. Keep in mind, the room is quite small. Smaller than we had expected. But right when we walked in and looked down, there was ancient pot under the ground topped by glass. It was so cool. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very sweet and welcoming. They gave some recommendations for local places to eat. Their breakfast was really great too. The only negative is the parking. But I’ve found that parking is a hassle anywhere in Greece so that’s not a negative on them specifically. If we ever found ourselves back in this area, we would absolutely stay here again. "

"We stayed here for one night en route to Athens. We had a full day at Thessaloniki and needed a nice comfortable bed. Kymata delivered just that and more. We opted for the King suite and the furnishing and ambiance was truly well thought out. Very solid doors, two balconies, pull out bed adjoining balcony also. Lots of extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The bedroom balcony overlooking the sea added a really nice and unexpected wow factor for us. Remember though everyone’s expectations and taste differ. We were not expecting much and for us this place was very memorable. Last but by no means least. The people/ staff/ team at Kymata, your attitude epitomized great customer service. Thank you so much for every little thing."

"Sakis was a great host. Truly very accommodating during our stay. Especially helpful after my finance sustained a severe injury while hiking Mt Olympus. Sakis helped with communication to the local fire department and coordination about my finances whereabouts with me. This is a great location to hike Mt. Olympus, especially is arriving by car as there is street parking for free. (40min from from hotel to Priónia). The room was clean and welcoming. "
