Victim of a scam, we never went to this hotel or any other hotel in Türkiye! We are in Brisbane Australia and obviously identification must not have been too thorough if some scammer could book in under our name!

Great hotel location and clean room. Breakfast was great and well-stocked until the very end of the breakfast time period. Only downside was the private car we booked with the hotel - we ended up waiting for what turned out to be a shuttle service in the car park at midnight. We turned away and booked our own car, only to be demanded that we also pay for the shuttle even though it’s like a bus service that runs with or without you. In the end, they agreed not to charge us but then asked for the money again at check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at Carina Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they always did their best to make our stay comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to many interesting places, shops, restaurants, and public transportation. We also really appreciated the help with organizing our trips and sightseeing — everything was arranged smoothly and made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and hospitality. We had a great experience and would happily recommend Carina Hotel to others. We are looking forward to seeing you in Jan.
