「No one on site, No BBQ, Obstructed boat ramp which could not be used as advertised.Needs a microwave and air conditioning. No wardrobes. No cleaning utensils i.e. a broom...You expected the place to be left tidy or we would have to pay for cleaning. We shouldn't be expected to go and buy cleaning equipment...」

「No air conditioning, no light bulb in lamp. Rooms were grubby including hair in the jug, bathroom and windowsills. Window did not lock as aerial went through it. Pool was dirty. View was great but the property was not worth the price paid.」
