Property was clean and staff was very attentive . There was obviously damage from hurricane, but resort was trying it's best to rebuild. Pool area was immaculate! Buffet times were great, but alot of the same items everyday. El Dorado steaks were amazing!

We loved having the best of both worlds. We were staying in the jungle, but right across the street was the beach. The staff was amazing always, we loved it there. We definitely will be going back. You cannot go wrong. Staying at sunset at the Palms.

This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future
