「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」

「Really lovely place to stay, which is a hybrid of B&B and self catering, depending on which apartment you stay in. You essentially get the benefits of both! 「We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. 「It’s walkable distance from the bus stop and even to the central station. Right near the quiet peaceful neighborhood, Oog in Al and Lombok and my boys (10 and 7) and I especially loved this area because it was safe and had lots of beautiful parks with kids playing. And everything was so clean and the windows were huge and could observe 180° view of Utrecht.」
