「The location was clean and perfect for us as it was close to all the park we wanted to visit. Mike was available to help us getting into the property and told us the near by grocery. 」

Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. 「Fantastic location!! Walking, easy access to all the fun things to do in Old Town Arvada. Comfortable place with lots of handy amenities. It is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. Host is great. 」

「We stayed at Central Suite for a wedding in downtown Golden. The place was convenient to all of our downtown activities and in excellent proximity to local hikes. We also drove to Rocky Mountain National Park one day which was a nice and easy drive. Overall the place was clean, though with a few dust bunnies. The kitchenette was convenient and had all the needed accessories. 」

The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker).
