The property was a good space for a quick city visit. It’s steps from Union Station, so it’s easy to get to via UP Express, GO, VIA, and TTC, which opens up the whole city for travel. It’s also a couple blocks from Front Street and the nightlife there, or a shorter walk up to King for more options. And, it’s between Maple Leaf Square and Roger’s Centre so entertainment is easily accessed.
On site laundry, a decent view of Tommy Thompson Park over the Gardiner, and easy access to the building made it a great choice!
