THE HOUSE CONSISTS OF 3 BEDROOMS WITH WARDROBE,A BIG LIVING ROOM,KITCHEN AND 1 BATHROOM.HAS A LARGE COURTYARD WITH BARBEQUE ,A BIG TABLE AND KITCHEN.The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 kilometers far from the beach of the NEA POTIDEA as well as the beach bars on the beach of Agios Mamas opposite the hotel POMEGRANDE is ideal for holidays because it is easy to make excursions to see the beaches of Kassandra and Marmara just 19 kilometers away is Sani and at 10 km there is the old traditional village AFYTOS.The house has a solar water heater in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker refrigerator coffee maker toaster as well as all the dishes .Are provided free linen, towels ,blankets ,shower gel ,soap and antimosquitos liquids Also there is a full pharmacy for first need and there is a washing machine ironing equipment and hairdryer.
