「TV didn't work. went back to the desk. Told her. She turned and walked off. Silent! disappeared for 10 minutes.. Came back. told us she reset it and it was working fine . Maybe she meant she went to reset It in a utility room..?? Well we went up..still not working .husband called desk . She said she had come to our room and reset it and it was fine. Who gave her permission to enter our room?????? she said she's giving us a new room..She did not mention giving us a discount ..I feel...
