Rummet var bra men läget som visades på kartan var helt vilseledande. Det låg i en helt annan del av staden än som utlovades, vilket inte egentligen passade oss.

I have booked this room and when I arrived the owner ( dressed in his underwear only) told me that there is no reservation, no room available and no information about my reservation ! He sent me to another pension with less facilitites... The new owner asked me more money but finally i gave suchmoney as i habe booked... WHY ALL THIS MISUNDERSTANDING????? WHO DID MAKE THE MISTAKE???? It's absolutely sure that it was a terrible experience for me ! I still wait for an answer from Expedia!!!!!!!!

Poor service

We had difficulty even getting in touch with the hotel staff to get into the building. We waited a while for the owner to come let us in. When we got into the room, there was no toilet paper provided nor any soap. The hotel owner asked for my passport which he apparently would give back when I checked out of the hotel. After thinking about it for about 15 minutes, we decided not to stay there. However when we tried contacting the hotel owner he was unreachable and when we did get in touch he hung up the phone. We ended up going to the police to ask them for help in getting my passport. I did end up getting it back. While we did not end up staying here, I definitely do not recommend anyone stay here.

They were responsive when repairs were needed but the room was not as expected. When booking it did not say semi basement until after the booking was completed. The shower was essentially non existent, being too tiny to actually shower in. The entire bathroom became the “shower”.

The room is composed of two beds super close to each other, an aircondition, a balcony and a toilet separated from the room but a private one that you could lock its door when leaving.There was a refridgerator that all renters of the same floor could use and also a kitchen with living room at the basement.There was also free WI-FI .There were no breakfast in the morning.Its a peaceful place with no noise and car sounds , but I think its price was too high if you consider the lack of comforts and the state of the bulding.

Για τα χρηματα που πληρωσαμε ηταν σχετικα ικανοποιητικα οσα μας παρείχαν.στην περιγραφη γραφει μερικα ψεματα.στο δωματιο ημιυπογειο που μείναμε και συγκεκριμένα στο δωμάτιο 11 δεν ειχαμε τηλεοραση και δεν επιανε οχι το wi fi που υποτίθεται πως ειχε δωρεαν αλλα ουτε σημα για κληση δεν ειχαμε.σε θεματα καθαριοτητας ηταν παρα πολυ καλα.καθε πρωι ερχοταν η κυρια και καθαριζε.αν θελεις διακοπες που απλα χρειαζεσαι ενα δωματιο για εναν υπνο ειναι ικανοποιητικο.αν θελεις ανεσεις καλυτερα ψαξε λιγο καλυτερα.

Really nice place to stay for a very good price.

The rooms were very very clean with all the described amenities. We didn’t see the place’s landlord that much but he seemed a really nice, relaxed and helpful man. It’s only 15 mins walk from the port and very close to the Chora centre.

Μέτριο δωμάτιο χωρίς μπαλκονι

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπόγειο, πράγμα που φαινόταν όταν το κλείσαμε. Μυριζε υγρασία παρότι το καθαρίζοντας συχνά. Επίσης έγραφε πως έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, δεν ισχύει καθώς υπηρχε ένα δημοτικό κοντά αλλά από τις 5 μέρες βρήκαμε μόνο τις 2 να το βάλουμε. Τέλος για το κέντρο θέλει αρκετό περπάτημα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πάντως είναι ευγενικοι

Pensión familiar

Excelente relación calidad precio para una típica pensión familiar. Sólo es necesario preguntar en un par de sitios o personas del lugar en el puerto a la llegada para que alguien avise a Michellis y venga a recogerte o él mismo coge la llamada de teléfono a la primera o segunda llamada. Un poco de calma, es un pueblecito de Grecia :) El dueño muy atento con todo y amable. Barrio tranquilo bien ubicado para coger bus a otras zonas y rápido acceso andando al centro del pueblo. El aire acondicionado se agradece y la cocina común resulta muy útil. Buena experiencia ya que siempre que necesitamos algo y se lo comentamos a Michellis nos lo resolvía lo más rápido posible. Gracias Michellis!

A basic rooms to let type of hotel

We had read some terrible reviews about this after we had already booked it and got very scared. Everything quickly changed tho from scary to feeling good about our choise. When we arrived to Naxos the hotel was not far away from the port area and all of its restaurants and shops. Also even closer to the hotel there is the main square of Naxos town with more cafés and restaurants around it. So the location was very good. Also the beach was just a 10minute walk away from the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel there was an older man waiting for us and showing us around. He spoke very little English but enough to be understood. Our room was small but there was enough space for 2 people. The only thing to complain about was the size of the bathroom which was very small and when you would shower the whole bathroom floor would be covered in water. Another thing to complain about is the WiFi which did not work at all in our room which was located in the basement level. The rooms very kept tidy and there was a cleaning lady coming in everyday to mop the floors and take the trash out. Over all tho for such a cheap price (we paid less than 70€ for 4nights and that was for 2 people) the hotel was very nice.

Chambre agréable pour les petits budgets

Le propriétaire des lieux nous a accueilli en caleçon. Pour le reste, il était très gentil (une fois la chambre rendu nous avons pu lui laisser nos bagages avant de reprendre le ferry) chambre sombre et sans fenêtre au sous sol Et Et salle de bain très particuliaire (très petite, pas de rideaux de douche) L emplacement de cet hôtel est plutot agréable et les tarifs plutot compétitifs

Αίσχος!!!

Πληρώσαμε μέσω κάρτας για κάτι που αναγραφόταν ως δωμάτιο ενώ ήταν κελί (υπόγειο χωρίς παράθυρο, χωρίς τηλεόραση, χωρίς ψυγείο, χωρίς ντουλάπα). Ο ξενοδόχος μας άνοιξε με τα σώβρακα και μετά ντύθηκε να μας δείξει το δωμάτιο!! Αφού το είδαμε και του είπαμε πως δεν μας κάνει γιατί δεν μπορεί να μείνει άνθρωπος μέσα εκεί, μας φώναζε και μας έβριζε, μας πήρε τα κλειδιά απο το χέρι και αρνήθηκε να μας βάλει σε άλλο δωμάτιο παρ' οτι θα του δίναμε παραπάνω χρήματα. Φυσικά λεφτά δεν μας επιστράφηκαν, ούτε μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο. 130 ευρώ τα χάσαμε τσάμπα, γιατί ακόμα και η αστυνομία είναι με το μέρος τους στο νησί!!! Το site σας είναι χάλια! δεν μπορούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε στο τηλέφωνο που δίνετε γιατί λέει πως δεν αντιστοιχεί σε συνδρομητή, οπότε και απο τις δύο πλευρές πέσαμε σε απατεώνες!!!!!!!
