The Villa is situated on the beach overlooking the sea. Only the waves and the birds can disturb the peacefulness. The three bedrooms are spacious and have the possibility to accommodate up to 7 people. All with sea view.

My guests has access to all the areas of the property.

I welcome my guests the day of there arrival and inform them about the property, the area and the sites they can visit. During there residence I will visit my guests only with appointment.

The area has a lot of hiking paths with access either to the mountains or along the beaches. The near by villages has tavernas that can offer you traditionally prepared Greek food with local products and local wines.

The Villa is located 14 km from the town of Naxos and from the port. The distance from the airport of Naxos is 16 km. Therefor car is necessary. There is a buss connection to Naxos town once a day.

Smoking is not aloud inside the Villa, but you are welcome to smoke in all the open areas.
