We’re excited to share our home with you. Built to be close to Texas A&M (we’re both Aggies!), this home sits on 12 wooded acres—private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Think of it as staying at your favorite aunt’s house for the weekend—cozy, welcoming, and stress-free. No checkout chores required, just enjoy your time here!

Large Group Friendly!

We rented this home to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday and it was perfect! The home had plenty of room & seating, and was well stocked with everything we needed! Everything was clean & instructions were clear for our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Excellent stay in College Station

Fantastic getaway close to College Station. We came down for my daughter’s graduation and it fit our needs perfectly. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. The house felt like coming into a family friend’s home-welcoming and relaxing. Being a little way out from all the hustle and bustle was perfect! Would absolutely stay again.

The perfect getaway house near College Station, TX

One of the things I loved about staying at this house was the effective communication with the owner! The house is so beautiful and offers a lot of amenities! They truly make you feel like you’re just one of their own family relative staying in their house. 10/10 would come back and stay at this home again!

Great location for our girls basketball team to rest and hang out in between games.

The host stocked the mini fridge and this was a big hit with our girls! The place was big enough for our team and we had lots of fun spending time here and cooking meals in between their games!

Great property. Close to Moore Ranch wedding venue. Host is amazing. Homemade chocolate dipped pretzels waiting. Also rented the cabin on her property too.

Communication was excellent. The house was very clean, quiet, and also convenient to where we were hunting at Walton Ranch. Easy drive to CS or Navasota for anything. We would definitely stay again!

Great House

We had a great time at this house for our two family graduations. Our host left us some amazing cookies at check-in! Plenty of space for our grad party even with a rainy weekend forcing us indoors. We would definitely recommend this location to any of our friends!

Great country house with nice features

Great 3 bedroom home with all the necessities and some nice surprises to boot. Very simple checkin and great cookies were waiting for us. Lots of sleeping options for guests beyond the 3 main beds. Sonia was very attentive to our needs and is a great host.

Team stay

We brought 11 boys to stare 7 on 7 tournament and this was the ABSOLUTE best place for them. They had so much fun doing all the fun activities available at the house. The owners were so great to work with and we would highly recommend this house to other big groups.

The best stay we've had!

Sonia and Steve were very communicative and super sweet! They left us some snacks and drinks for our stay and were very accommodating to our needs. The fire pit was a hit and the board games we so fun to have a large group play together with. Would definitely recommend booking!

Peaceful Property

We had a wonderful weekend with family for an Aggie football game. This was a beautiful home and the hosts went above and beyond at providing a comfortable stay. We were treated to the most delicious, custom and beautiful cookies at arrival. The home was perfect for our group and we loved being able to enjoy the large yard. The hosts even provided supplies for S’mores! We would highly recommend this property!
