The workers around the pool area were super awesome, Xander, the towel guy was super awesome and set the vibes. The lady's at the front desk were rude and didn't seem to care about the "hospitality" part of their job. The hotel itself was in a great location. The pool was really nice. They really need to do a safety inspection in the lazy river, lots of sharp edges, one little girl sliced her foot open while I was out there. They have a really cool volleyball area.. with no net. Self service laundry was out of service. Beds are super stiff and make a lot of noise. Not enough elevators for size of building, lots of waiting. We ended up taking the stairs a lot.

This was the 2nd time to Springhill. A lot of reviews complaining about it going downhill but I didn't see it at least on the 6th and 1st floor. Everything was clean but I don't get my magnifying glasses out like everyone else does. The breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable and you can't beat the location. However, they allow pets now which is not a deal breaker but does give u pause when deciding on where to stay. To be fair, I only heard barking a few times but if I was staying next to a barking dog, I wouldn't ever go back. The walls are on the thinner side and I could hear our neighbors so I'm sure they could hear us. They didn't bother me so I hope we didn't bother them. The last thing and it's a biggie is parking. You have to pay for parking now which is infuriating. I enjoyed the hotel and ocean but I'm not sure I wanna go back simply because of parking. How ridiculous is that not to include in your prices? The marketing team needs to ponder if getting people into the hotel is worth the added aggregation they face once their there.

Located on a quiet beach between Destin and Pensacola Beach. This area was not over developed. The pool was great for the kids. They had a wonderful ice cream shop. The restaurant, Beach House Social, was the best part for me. We ate there several times.

I talked with hotel the night before arrival and everything was great…I am on a 13 hour road trip and within a few hours of arrival I get a text…NO ROOMS FOR YOU!! So I call and they tell me since I booked with Expedia and the hotel was full capacity reservations were automatically canceled. WRONG!!!

Only complaints about the property was we did not receive housekeeping services one day and there was no in-room safe. Neither of these were dealbreakers and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was located in a perfect destination of Navarre Beach. Had a private pier to walk down to the beach, equipped with a rinse station on it. It also had a beautiful pool where you can look out at the ocean. It had a minimal breakfast continental style which was plenty good to start the day. It has a food and drink area located in the pool area. It also has a coffee shop and a Social Kitchen eatery. It was minimal for cleanliness, which was disappointing. That would be considered lack of management I believe. I picked up so much garbage at the pool, down the hallways as well as the elevator. I could see they lack help in that department. The garbage cans were overflowing and were there for 5 nights. The hallways were never vacuumed at all during our stay. On the fourth floor there was a pair of sandals and a hat laying in the hallway for the last three days of our stay. Also there was a Q-tip and a hair tie on the floor for two days until I personally picked them up. The hotel is only seven years old and if it keeps this pattern up in the cleaning/maintenance department it will be a five within the next five years. For the cost of our stay of $1800 I’d expect a much cleaner environment. However that all being said, it hasn’t reached the point of no return if they were to manage the cleaning/maintenance department more thoroughly it’s worth the stay.

When I think of Marriot I think very high end so my review is based on that. Unfortunately this was not the kind of Marriot experience we are used to. Start with parking…$25 a day. There is nowhere else to park so this is just about getting another $100. No reason for this at all. Breakfast was average at best. It was provided so it is what it is but nothing to get excited about. Be prepared to be disappointed. Please be aware they do allow pets here(extra fee of course). Now I’m a dog lover but not for them at a Marriot. We had a dog on the floor crap right in front of our door and down the hallway and by the elevator. Unacceptable period. Disgusting. Stop allowing pets and this issue goes away. Leave that for the Days Inns and Motel 6’s. Marriot is not that. We were there 4 days and they only straightened the room once. No sheets changed and they didn’t take the dirty towels and it looked like a two minute walk in and walk out. Again not what you expect at a Marriot. What you do expect are plenty of fees added to the bill so be ready for that. Walls are very thin so be prepared to not get good sleep unless you are a heavy sleeper. Pool was very nice and your kids will love it but hardly any towels available so bring your own. Staff very friendly. Beds very comfortable. Had a fridge and a microwave and both worked great. Felt safe. Not many options to stay somewhere else in Navarre Beach. Just had higher expectations when it’s a Marriot and $300 a night.

Nice Rooms, extremely loud balcony doors, beautiful beach. Expensive Restaurant. Breakfast boring and not environmentaly friendly. Everything made of plastic and wrapped in additional plastic. This was very disappointing. The pier is beautiful. We saw dolphis and sea turtles.

We had a great time at the Spring Hill Marriott. The pool is amazing and the beach was beautiful. The room accommodations could use some improvement. We used the bed in the sleeper sofa and it was very uncomfortable. There is room for a second bed in the king size rooms and this would be a much better option.

Suites were nice however I booked two suites and expected them to be next to each other. One on 2nd floor, the other on the 5th. Pool area nice. Guests and workers were all nice. Sister did not like the mattress or pillows.

The staff, the entire staff in this property are amazing I highly highly recommend Springhill suites at Navarro Beach!

The beach was excellent. It was quiet and not a lot of people. Elevator was extremely slow. Only two for the whole property. 5 minute wait at times. Better off to take the elevator. Very expensive but nothing special about the place except the beach and beach view. Parking not included in cost. $25 a day.

Breakfast was always good. Ice cream shop was a nice treat. Food we had was good. Food and drinks are a little pricey. Pool was very nice. Easy access to beach.

The pool is great and it’s nice to be able to sit by the pool (without all the sand) and still see and enjoy the ocean. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.

We visit Pensacola/ Navarre multiple times a year. This is the first time we stay at this property. But it wont be the last. We already talked about coming back in the future. We were impressed by how clean the room and the property is. The room is big enough for our family with 2 kids, 2 adults and 2 dogs. There were 2 tv in our room. The bathroom also has a big shower. We didnt have beach view but the bayview with balcony was nice. The property offerred everything we need for our stay: a pool, a coffee shop for my husband to work, an icecream shop for the kids, a restaurant for night that we couldnt leave the hotel. I love how laid back and friendly environment there. At night, you can see everyone gather in the lobby, kids have icecream, they even offer colors for the kids, they do have movie night and other animals talk during the day. One plus thing is it is pet friendly, even the staffs were nice to my dogs. Only one complaint is the breasfast choice. We would love to have more fruits, maybe waffle maker and different protein option.
