Fully updated, has everything to make you feel at home: king and queen beds, bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill (with propane tank), high speed WiFi, TV, washer/dryer, 2 car garage (with additional free parking on the driveway).

The space:
Single story house in a quiet residential area with a fully fenced private backyard with a heated pool. Walking distance to the Santa Rosa Sound (3-4 min walk) with access to a small beach area. Short drive (10-15 min) to Navarre Beach.

3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage.

Heated Private pool, fully enclosed.
Note: no pool heating in Jan and Feb.
