Welcome to Pelican Landing, a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home! Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beach.

The main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a dining area, a well-stocked kitchen, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The main level has one of the primary bedrooms with a king-sized bed, a guest bedroom with two queen-sized beds, and one of the full bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find the second primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a guest bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and the second full bathroom.

With an outdoor grill, ample balcony space, yard/play area with outdoor games, beach wagon, beach essentials, and a kayak, this house is the perfect family-friendly getaway!

Definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Janice allowed for an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The house was very clean and included everything we needed for our beach stay. We definitely took advantage of the beach towels provided. I’ll definitely look to book with Janice again in the future

Great stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this beach house and loved it again! The layout works great for three families. There is so much room to spread out and just a very short walk to the beach. We appreciated the water nozzle under the house to wash sand off before entering the house. The kids enjoyed the bikes which needed a bit of work on them but maintenance had already been scheduled to come the very next day. Janice was very quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. The golf cart looked fun. The only disappointment we had was thinking we had full use of the golf cart during our stay but did not realize until we received final emails right before our rental date that you have to pay per day. Overall the house is beautiful, very spacious and accommodating for the 10 people we had staying.

Easy Walk to Beautiful Beach

The highlight was the easy walk to the beautiful beach! Appreciated the numerous beach accessories provided. Was disappointed that only one of the bikes was working. Property Manager was helpful and easy to work with.

Great time

Very nice layout with 2 bedrooms up and 2 down. It rained the whole time we were there but we still had a good time. Area is like old Gulf Shores but with shops, grocery, and good restaurants nearby

Everything we needed and more!

What a great property! I’ve been coming to the beach for 14 years and have never stayed in a house as well stocked as this! Toys, chairs, bikes, kitchen ware, towels, etc. we loved having all of these things there for us. We wish the bathrooms would’ve been a bit larger, but then again we weren’t there for the bathrooms but the lovely beach!

Coming Back

Plenty of space for two grandparents, four adult children, and 4 young grandchildren. Walking to the beach was quick and easy, and being off the busy highway was quieter and safer for the youngsters compared to the first two rows of houses. We loved the spacious rear deck, which was shaded in the evenings and peaceful. With the aid of the outdoor shower and stairs, very little sand got tracked into the house. I especially enjoyed riding one of the provided bicycles in the cool of each dawn. The location at the far end of development was close to the national seashore and ideal for avoiding crowded beach. We had all we needed for cooking and laundry. In short, this was an ideal spot for our family vacation at a very fair price.

Weekend in Navarre Beach

2/22-2/25/24 5⭐️ Great location. Just off the beaten path and busy road. Comfortable and clean house setting. Well stocked kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Morning coffee on the deck, taking in the scenery. Golf cart ride or bikes in the afternoon, or a peaceful walk on the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house! A Perfect Stay for a Perfect Day

Janice was phenomenal through our entire trip. My husband and I were looking for a perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend. From location, space, and cleanliness- Janice provided all three of these attributes. Janice never missed a communication, and was prompt in her reply. This location was a great spot to accommodate our needs, but also will hold a special memory for many years to come! Vacation Perfection

Jan was a great host! Navarre beach is amazing! The home had everything possibly needed available. Plenty of cleaning products and such which most vacation properties usually lack. We enjoyed the use of the plethora of beach toys and chairs. We played the board games and even accomplished all 3 puzzles (that had all pieces!) everything was very organized and one could tell that Jan thought of everything! We plan to return! Jan was very communicative which was greatly appreciated during our stay. The use of the golf cart was great even though the walk to beach access was less than 5 minutes. We’ve been on countless vrbo beach vacations over the past 25 years and this was by far the best!

Wonderful Family Rental

The property location is amazing. One block from beach access. Janice was wonderful to work with and very responsive if we had a question. The property golf cart, cooler, beach chairs were wonderful to put in the golf cart and drive to the beach. House was clean and as advertised. We would stay again.

Wonderful house and beach

Pelicans Landing was a great house. Clean and beautifully decorated. Location to the beautiful beach was wonderful, a short walk or golf cart ride. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The whole family enjoyed all the beach equipment, bicycles, kayak and of course the golf cart. Communication with the property owner was very prompt. Thank you Janice. We can’t wait to come back.

Best vacation home ever!

We couldn't have a better time at Navarre Beach... all thanks to the beautiful property rented. The owners have put together a very thoughful list of items for renter's convenience. All the tings you would want to carry to a beach.... every single thing is already provided. Kids loved to ride the golf cart. Janice even extended our checkout time from 9am to 12 noon at our request. Thank you host for making our stay so memorable.
