この美しいコンドミニアムは、ナヴァレビーチの柔らかい砂浜から歩いてすぐの場所にあり、最大1,002平方フィート（860平方フィート）の新しく内装された自宅用家具です。

設備の整ったキッチンで食事をしたり、広々としたバルコニーでゆっくりと過ごしたり、テニスコートでカーディオを楽しんだり、正面玄関からわずか数ヤードのプールで涼んだりすることができます。

The Condo was on the beach, but didn't have an ocean view. It did have a view of tennis courts and pool. The condo was far enough away from the bigger hotels, so was really quiet and nice.

First off, the description of the condo was a BOLD face lie!!!! It WAS NOT a beachfront condo and just steps away from the beach. As the description on the web page was posted or the pictures posted on the web page either. The condo was in the middle of a parking lot that sat behind beach front condos. The view was of a parking lot, tennis courts and a busy street. To access the beach, you had to walk a good way and use a small alley way to access the beach. I message the owner and was basically told that he did not violate any of the Verbo rules as a description and wish us a nice stay. So basically, telling us tuff stuff. I have your money so just deal with it, is how we took it. The condo was clean but somewhat dated. We tried to sit on the deck the first night, but the smell of sewer ruined that. Then during our stay the exterminator show up to spray the condo.

Our host allowed us to check in early since no one was checking out before us The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and suited for family use Although I though it was a gulf facing unit the location was very close to the beach and beach access was a short walk the beach was perfect and not real crowded due to the time of the year we were there The kitchen and appliances were excellent and included a very nice washer and dryer Our balcony overlooked the tennis court and pool area two parking spots were included Grocery shopping was easy as a variety of grocery stores were a short drive across the bridge Our family of six enjoyed our stay and I can say the communication with the host excellent and very helpful.

Great condo and location!!

This condo was clean, modernized, and in a fantastic location! The pool was great and the condo was in walking distance of a few restaurants. We were very comfortable and would absolutely come back!

Great Beach Location

We had a great time in this unit. The beach was perfect and the unit was great. Plenty of room.The only thing I would change is to add more towels for a weeks stay.

Awesome location, close to great restaurants, the pool was awesome ! Only thing I didn’t love was the lock box numbers are very hard to see. They are worn and I had a hard time opening because I have long nails. lol Clean and good size place. Cute deck! Loved it!

A Great Little Get Away

Let me begin by saying we had a great trip. The condo was in a great location and all appliances were working. If you're looking for a fancy or updated place to stay, this was not it. The furnishing and décor were definitely dated, but all was clean and comfortable. My only big/huge issue with the condo was the front door. I think my 5-year old granddaughter could have kicked it in. We had to barricade the door every night just for peace of mind. Please think about fixing the door.

Perfect family getaway for thanksgiving

My family very much enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at this condo. Easy walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen even for cooking a holiday meal and the condo is very spacious and clean.

Wonderful property very close to the beach. Cookware could use updating, reason for 4.5 stars. Very short walk to private beach access over sidewalk and asphalt. Comfortable beds and furniture with plenty of extra bed stuff.
