This was our first visit to the area but won’t be the last. The condo itself was great in terms of location, comfort and a quiet area.
We enjoyed the space/layout. It is in the upper half of a 19-floor building, but all three elevators ran smoothly and quickly during spring break it’s a quiet area - a mix of residents and renters, and quiet hours that were kept well during our visit. I was worried about spring breakers making a lot of noise that would bother our sensory-challenges kids but thankfully this was not the party spot!
The dedicated covered parking was great at the condo too.
Beach is just an elevator ride away, as is the large pool and tennis/pickleball court.
For those always wondering, at time of our stay, there was both a keurig and regular coffee pot to use. There was a blender and kitchen aid stand mixer too. The side by side fridge also made a good amount of ice! We didn’t do much cooking but seemed there was a good amount of gear to do so if desired.
The only things I’d ask the management co to do is 1) add more wash cloths - there’s not a lot do you will be doing more laundry 2) a few oversized fluffy blankets as the furniture is leather/gets cold. Otherwise, it was a great stay with comfy beds, great views and a wonderful location.
